Part One (ISBN 978-0-9910649-8-4) has 384 pages. Part Two (ISBN 978-0-9910649-9-1) has 624 pages. Both parts have the trim size 6 x 9 US inches, 15.2 x 22.9 cm. Part One is 1 inch, 2.4 cm wide, Part Two 1.6 inches, 4 cm.
